FIM World Supercross Championship
2024 Canadian GP
You, the ticket purchaser and/or ticket bearer (“you”) agree with SX Global Pty Ltd ACN 655 772 599 (“the Organiser”) to the following terms and conditions in relation to your attendance at the 2024 FIM World Supercross Championship Canadian GP to which this ticket applies (“the Event”):
- You understand and acknowledge that motor racing events are inherently dangerous in nature. You hereby agree to voluntarily assume all risks, hazards and dangers which may arise throughout your attendance at the Event and its related activities, which may include personal injury, disability, damage to personal property or death caused by flying debris and other hazards resulting from collisions, reckless or violent acts committed by Event attendees, and failure or unsuitability of facilities—such as grandstands, barriers or railings—to protect persons and property from harm.
- It is a condition of your entry into the Event venue that to the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser (and its directors, officers, shareholders, employees, contractors, agents, licensees, and assignees) and the Event venue from any loss, damage, claim or demand arising as a consequence of your attendance at the Event (including as a result of any actions, inactions or negligence of the Organiser).
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and indemnify the Organiser against any loss, damage, claim or demand (whether in relation to personal injury, death or property damage) suffered by you or the Organiser (and its directors, officers, shareholders, employees, contractors, agents, licensees and assignees), or any third party which occurs as a result (directly or indirectly) of your acts or omissions (whether negligent or otherwise) or your non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
- By purchasing a ticket to the Event, you acknowledge that there remains an unquantifiable risk of transmission of viral illness including COVID-19. By attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have considered such risks and your own personal circumstances, including any health condition or vulnerability that you may have.
- The ticket purchaser agrees to accept responsibility for ensuring this ticket is not copied and/or used fraudulently in connection with the Event or otherwise.
- Entry to the Event venue may be refused and no refund given if your ticket is damaged or defaced in any way. Tickets will be considered void if on-sold, traded, scalped, used in connection with any unauthorised promotion, competition or giveaway, used artificially to inflate the value of another item and/or are not purchased directly from the designated ticketing agent for the Event.
- If a ticket bearer is under the age of fourteen (14) years old, they must be accompanied by an adult at all times throughout the duration of the Event.
- You are prohibited from bringing the following items to the Event – alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, still cameras of professional quality as determined by the Organiser, video or movie cameras, audio and/or video recorders, banners, goods intended for sale and/or any item which may injure or annoy other persons or hamper/impede the conduct of the Event including chairs, umbrellas, platforms, anything that can be used to erect platforms or obstruct the view of other patrons.
- You understand that the Event may be filmed or photographed and that by your attendance at the Event you are automatically granting to the Organiser and its agents and assigns without compensation the irrevocable right to include your image, voice and/or likeness in or out of context in any such film or photograph and to use and exploit the same in any media for any purpose throughout the world in perpetuity.
- You must comply with all signs, instructions and directions regulating the Event, with all directions of all police, security personnel and officials and with all conditions of entry applicable to the Event venue.
- You consent to and will permit the search and inspection of your personal body, possessions (including clothing and bags) or other possessions at any time, including upon entry into the venue, which may include any request from security personnel to conduct manual ‘pat downs’, use metal detectors or perform other forms of security screening.
- You are reminded that it is your responsibility to proceed to and from the Event venue safely and exercising all due care and attention. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser accepts no liability for any loss, damage, death or injury arising from your journey to and from the Event venue or from the parking of vehicles at or near the Event venue.
- The Organiser may interrupt, shorten, bring forward, delay or stop the Event due to circumstances beyond its control which may include, inclement weather, security concerns, health and safety concerns, natural disasters or civil disturbances.
- If the Event is cancelled or postponed (including for those reasons mentioned in paragraph 13), any refund will be provided in accordance with the ticketing terms and conditions supplied by the designated ticketing agent for the Event.
- The Organiser reserves the right to add, withdraw, substitute or reschedule any performers, artists, riders or teams and/or vary advertised programs, race schedules, prices, venues, seating arrangements (including ticket categories) and audience capacity, in which case, tickets will not be exchanged, or any portion of the ticket price refunded except as required by law.
- Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in refusal of entry to the Event venue or removal from the Event venue.
- In the event of any inconsistency between these Ticket Terms and Conditions and any other terms and conditions related to the Event, including but not limited to the Event venue terms and conditions or ticket seller terms and conditions, you acknowledge and agree that these Ticket Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.
