Running from 23-24 November at HBF Park in Perth, the 2024 WSX Australian GP marks a historic weekend for Supercross, with WSX holding its first-ever double-header event with not one, but two action-packed evenings of exhilarating off-road action.

Tom Burwell, CEO, FIM World Supercross Championship, said: “Australia is one of the largest Supercross markets in the world. Fans are educated, passionate and always show up for both international and local riders. We’re very excited to be racing in Perth in 2024. Western Australia has a massive Supercross fanbase and by holding two races in Perth in 2024 as part our first-ever double-header, we hope that this is the start of building a long-term home for World Supercross in Australia. At HBF Park, fans will not only be able to see the best riders in our sport battle it out on track, but they’ll also be able to meet them face-to-face. It’s going to be an unforgettable weekend for everyone, and we can’t wait.”

The Hon. Rita Saffioti MLA, WA Deputy Premier and Minister for Tourism, added:  “It’s only fitting that we host it [the WSX Australian GP] here in Western Australia, where we have extensive experience in delivering blockbuster, adrenaline-fuelled major events. Our events calendar has featured an increasing number of blockbuster events, including last weekend’s sensational Wallabies vs Springboks 2024 Rugby Championship test match and UFC 305, and the addition of this double-header is another exciting fixture. Off the back of last weekend’s bonanza, Perth will again be the place to be for international sport in November, with this World Supercross Championship GP also taking place during the first cricket test of the summer – The West Test – between Australia and India. We’re expecting thousands of visitors to travel to WA to witness this championship live in what will be the only global Supercross event to take place in Australia this year.”
